Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is a self-defence art based on grappling, ground fighting and submissions. It is an amazing martial art that revolves around the concept that a smaller weaker person can defend themselves against a bigger stronger opponent by using leverage and weight distribution. The Class contains body mechanics, learning techniques and rolling.

KICKBOXING
Kickboxing is a relatively new art. It takes elements from various martial arts including boxing and karate. Kickboxing is a great work out and has many benefits including fitness, strength and flexibility. It’s a fun way to get fit and also be able to defend yourself.

Our classes cater for everyone, for those who just want to keep fit to those who want to compete.
We have classes for Juniors (4-12 yrs,) Seniors (teens and above) and Ladies only.

KENPO KARATE 

What is Kenpo?

Kenpo karate is a modern martial art that blends traditional Chinese and Japanese arts with modern self defence techniques. The art is ballistic, focusing on very fast, rapid, and effective strikes. It is a logical and scientific art prioritising disabling your attacker quickly and efficiently. The art also contains Katas, Sets and basics but is very much a self-defence art.

Our Kenpo Classes are for everyone, Tigers (4-7 yrs) Juniors (8- 12 yrs)
and adults

Shotokan is a traditional Okinawan martial art developed by Gichin
Funakoshi.
Shotokan is a dynamic martial art as it develops powerful techniques as
well as speed
Shotokan is made up of Basics, Katas and Kumite.
Our Shotokan class is a very enjoyable class where you will learn a
tradition art while having fun. It will teach you self - defence, get you fit,
improve flexibility and strength.
Our Shotokan classes cater for everyone from getting fit to competing.
